March's Mid week Menu- Crockpot Italian Chicken

This is Lil' E's  favorite dinner.  I love it too because it is SUPER easy.  I am always forgetting to thaw out my meats and then I am left hanging with the question of what to make for dinner.  Not with this dinner, because you use frozen chicken breasts.  A mom's dream!

Crockpot Italian Chicken

1/4 cup butter
3 to 5 frozen chicken breasts
1 pkg. dry Italian dressing mix
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. cream cheese

Put butter, frozen chickn breasts, and Italian dressing mix into crock pot and cook on HIGH 3 to 5 hours.  Shred chicken if desired.  Add soup and cream cheese.  Mix together and rewarm.  Serve on top of rice or mised together.  For reduced fat option, use 98% fat free soup and fat free cream cheese.
