March's Mid week Menu- Chicken Rolls

This is a meal that JBody introduced to me when we were dating.  It is another family favorite.

Chicken Rolls

2 pkgs. pillsburry cresent rolls
1 8oz. pkg cream cheese
4 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
1 can cream of chicken soup and can of milk

Mix cream cheese and chicken together. Open cresent rolls and lay out so they make a rectangle.  It will be two triangles together (If that makes sense).  Scoop cream cheese and chicken mixture into dough and shape into a ball.  Bake for 30 mins or until golden brown and warm inside.  While baking warm milk and chicken soup.  Ladle warm soup over the rolls and Enjoy. 

We have also made these and added stove top and cranberry sauce to the chicken mixture mmm yummy.  Also great with leftover turkey after Thanksgiving.

We make something almost identical. We call them chicken squares. There are pimentos and green onions in them along with the chicken and cream cheese. They are Kenadee's favorite. Yum!
