The kids love watching American Funniest Videos and Daddy loves Sunday night treats. Usually we do caramel popcorn or rice krispy treats. Tonight after making 2 16 inch cakes for an upcoming Blue & Gold Banquet I wasn't too thrilled to have to make something else. Where did I turn to? Pinterest of course. I found a mixture of our two favorite easy treats.
Marshmallow Caramel Poporn
Popped popcorn- 3/4 cup kernels or 3 bags microwave popcorn
2 sticks butter
1 cup brown sugar
16oz bag of marshmallows
Melt butter, brown sugar, and marshmallows on the stovetop or microwave until a creamy sauce.
Pour over popcorn and enjoy!
Do you watch AFV? I remember watching it every sunday as a kid. It is so fun to see the reactions of our kids. It is so much funnier to watch it with them than by yourself.

I just found this on pinterest too. I'm definately going to have to give it a try. I also remember watching AFV as a kid and thinking it was the funniest thing ever. My 4 kids enjoy it and you're right, it is funnier watching it with them as they laugh from their toes watching it!! Cheers!!
